DESCRIPTION:Our Evanston\, Illinois Wellness and Meditation Center offers a free group guided meditation for peace\, mindfulness and relaxation every Friday at 6:30pm – 7:30pm.  We have been providing this free community event in the Chicago area for over 25 years.  We begin with gentle breathing techniques followed by short Native American drumming into the guided meditation. \n\n\n\nMeditation Across The World \n\n\n\nOur Loving Kindness goal is to provide everyone in the world an opportunity to meditate and its working!!! We receive telephone calls from people all over the world from South Africa\, Argentina\, Britain\, New Zealand\, and Sweden and everywhere in the United States.  Our growing project is truly helping create a world filled with compassion.  Enjoy a free online meditation by clicking on the video below. \n\n\n\nEach and every person has reason to hope for peace and today we can create a sacred space for everyone and make a difference. Let us all gather and take this wonderful opportunity to cleanse the energy and provide virtuous positive energy to our neighborhoods\, homes\, our loved ones and ourselves. \n\n\n\nBillie Topa Tate will provide beautiful native principles\, advanced techniques\, specialized reiki applications called “Planetary Reiki” to help bring peaceful\, wisdom filled healing energy into all aspects of our lives.During this gathering you can become a Planetary Reiki Practitioner. The Planetary Reiki Practitioner can infuse homes\, offices\, neighborhoods\, and regions with peaceful energy. \n\n\n\nAn integration of planetary reiki symbols and native principles – to facilitate a great potential for peaceful energy\, wellness\, promote drug free energy\, and promote healing energy to establish low crime rate regions are part of the class. The Planetary Reiki practitioners can infuse healing and sacred energy in their clients home as well as\, areas which are filled with crime\, countries which have difficulty with violence\, illness\, and sorrow \n\n\n\nLet this year be the year to learn some wonderful energy techniques and wisdom to help promote peace and virtuous energy throughout our world.
